2. Services Provided
Smart Solution provides:
- Laptop & Desktop Repair
- MacBook Repair
- Mobile Repair
- Data Recovery
- Chip-Level Repair
- OS Installation & Upgrades
- CCTV & Networking Installation
- Printer Repair
- Business IT Support & AMC
- Remote Troubleshooting
- Home Pickup & Delivery
All services are subject to device condition and technical feasibility.
3. Diagnostic & Repair Approval
- Initial diagnosis may be free or chargeable depending on device condition.
- A cost estimate will be shared before proceeding with repair.
- Repair work begins only after customer approval.
- Additional issues discovered during repair will require separate approval.
4. Turnaround Time
Typical repair time is 1–3 working days for standard issues.
Complex repairs (e.g., chip-level, data recovery) may require additional time.
Turnaround time is an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline.
5. Warranty Policy
- A 30-day warranty is provided on labor and applicable replaced parts unless stated otherwise.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Liquid damage after repair
- Electrical surges
- Mishandling
- Software corruption caused by third-party installation
Warranty becomes void if the device is opened or repaired by another service provider after our repair.
6. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices.
Smart Solution is not responsible for:
- Data loss during repair
- Pre-existing data corruption
- Data damage due to hardware failure
For data recovery services, results cannot be guaranteed due to technical limitations.
7. Home Pickup & Delivery
- Devices are collected and returned securely.
- Customers must verify device condition at pickup and delivery.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing cosmetic or structural damage.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on repair status.
8. Remote Support
- Remote access is provided only with customer consent.
- Customers must remain present during remote sessions.
- We are not liable for system changes made by the customer after the session.
9. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of repair unless otherwise agreed.
- Devices may not be released until payment is cleared.
- AMC agreements follow separate written terms.
10. Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion notification may:
- Incur storage charges, or
- Be treated as abandoned as per applicable local regulations.
We will attempt to contact customers before taking further action.
11. Limitation of Liability
Smart Solution shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business losses due to downtime
- Loss of profits
- Data loss beyond repair scope
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
12. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The device is beyond repair
- The device poses safety risks
- The customer behaves inappropriately
- The repair violates legal regulations
13. Website Usage
Content on our website is for informational purposes only.
Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Any disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction.
